C. Alan Anderson, Architect, P.A., (CA3) is a multifaceted firm specializing in residential, commercial, and civic projects. We pride ourselves on our client and contractor relationships, basing our success on actively listening to clients' wants and desires, as well as carefully analyzing each project to fulfill every parameter.

C. Alan Anderson established his firm in 2000 with a client list encompassing both private and public clients, including new construction and renovation projects. CA3 has an array of project types including residential, office, retail, food service, utility type structures and medical facilities. Our private residential work includes renovations and additions to new, single-family homes as well as several multi-family home developments. Our medical experience includes private physician offices, stand-alone MRI facilities, PET and CT scan offices, cancer treatment facilities, educational facilities and classrooms and several Heath Department Walk-in Clinics. We have completed over 40 various types of medical and healthcare related projects since 2000. 

 

CA3 provides comprehensive architectural services and accommodates each client’s functional and aesthetic needs on a personal basis. These include, but are not limited to, planning, programming, schematic design through construction administration services and any post construction services. 

 

As the Principal in Charge, Mr. Anderson is involved in all projects from start to finish. He has been practicing in Florida since 1985, working at two other firms prior to starting his own firm.
